Get your cardio on! This high intensity upbeat class is designed to get you moving fast and sweating buckets! Enjoy fast paced, upbeat tunes that will keep you motivated and energised. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
HIIT style training using functional and body weight movements in a fun, fast-paced environment. Work hard towards your fitness and strength goals with like-minded people. All fitness levels and ages are welcome. Classes run for 45 minutes with warm down stretches at the end.
Balance your exercise routine by working on improving flexibility and mobility in our Stretch Class. We take you through a series of gentle, full body stretches and poses help enhance the way your body moves.
MUMFIT FUNDAMENTALS - Perfect if you're just getting back to exercising after having a baby (or had one a long time ago but starting from scratch). This class is slow paced and focuses on glute & core activation as well as learning correct technique for basic movement patterns.
MUMHIIT - A faster paced class guaranteed to get a sweat up in a fun environment. Very similar to our Circuit Class.
A very gentle approach for our older community to work on improving - Balance & Spatial Awareness, Strength, Flexibility and Confidence. Any fitness level is welcomed, as you can work at your own pace while enjoying the companionship of your peers.
