GROUP CLASSES

There's nothing quite like sweating it out along side your gym buddies! We've created a range of different group classes to suit all ranges of abilities.

There is something for everyone, so book in below to get your sweat on!

Get your cardio on! This high intensity upbeat class is designed to get you moving fast and sweating buckets! Enjoy fast paced, upbeat tunes that will keep you motivated and energised. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. 

HIIT style training using functional and body weight movements in a fun, fast-paced environment. Work hard towards your fitness and strength goals with like-minded people. All fitness levels and ages are welcome. Classes run for 45 minutes with warm down stretches at the end.

Balance your exercise routine by working on improving flexibility and mobility in our Stretch Class. We take you through a series of gentle, full body stretches and poses help enhance the way your body moves.
