Hi there, my name is Sarah Chadwick.
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 7 years here in Cambridge. Having previously competed on the bodybuilding stage, I found an interest in strength training. I am incredibly passionate about sharing my knowledge with those who wish to compete and anyone who wants to become the best version of themselves.

I aim to welcome everyone into our space, where you will feel accepted and comfortable to achieve your goals.

I believe exercise and training can and should be fun!
Training has physical benefits absolutely; however, the positive effects on our mental health are often overlooked and shouldn’t be ignored. Movement is Medicine, & Laughter is contagious!
Approaching the big 50 this year, when not at the gym (my home away from home), you will find me being a mum taxi to my three teenagers and looking after all our animals on our small lifestyle property here in Cambridge.
