• Our memberships are non-transferable. Use of the gym by someone other than the membership holder will result in termination.

• You must be 16 years or older to sign up.

• 15-year-olds may only sign up on the condition they have their intro session with a SN trainer and must be accompanied at all times in the gym by a caregiver/parent

• Sign in with your gym fob when entering the Gym.

• All weights are to be returned to their original place after use and equipment is left as you found it.

• Guest members must sign in with a Strength Nation Staff member.

• If you sweat excessively, please use a towel and/or wipe machines down when finished with them (there are wipes provided).

• No smoking or drugs are permitted on the premises.

• All members are responsible for wearing appropriate training attire.

• Health & Safety: all members use the facility and workout at their own risk, this means you are responsible for your own health and safety whilst at the gym.

• The maximum amount of time a membership can be held per 6 months is 6 weeks.

• Gym fobs must be returned to cancel your membership and further payments.

• There is a 8 week minimum membership term. A $149 establishment fee for administration duties is applied if you cancel during this time.

​Failure to abide by these rules may result in the termination of your membership.

Special Terms for 6 & 12 month Bulk Payment Membership:
The discounted rate for "pay in advance" memberships applies based off the following terms:

• The maximum amount of time a membership can be held per 6 months is 6 weeks.

• If you cancel your membership before it ends, Strength Nation are not liable to refund the remaining part of your membership.

• Membership credit can not be transferred.

• You must return your gym fob once your membership expires if you do not plan to renew.

• If you fail to return your gym fob and renew your membership, a new membership will be started from when the previous membership expired.
