GROUP CLASSES

That's right! Our classes are included in your membership and there's nothing quite like sweating it out along side your gym buddies.

At SN Club we offer more classes than ever before, and Open Gym outside of the classes.

Members book through our user friendly mobile app, Gym Master.

HIIT style training using functional and body weight movements in a fun, fast-paced environment. Work hard towards your fitness and strength goals with like-minded people. All fitness levels and ages are welcome. Classes run for 45 minutes with warm down stretches at the end.

SN BARBELL - Become more proficient in Weight Lifting. Primarily programmed around the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

MUMFIT FUNDAMENTALS - Perfect if you're just getting back to exercising after having a baby (or had one a long time ago but starting from scratch). This class is slow paced and focuses on glute & core activation as well as learning correct technique for basic movement patterns.

 

MUMHIIT - A faster paced class guaranteed to get a sweat up in a fun environment. Very similar to our Circuit Class.

A very gentle approach for our older community to work on improving - Balance & Spatial Awareness, Strength, Flexibility and Confidence. Any fitness level is welcomed, as you can work at your own pace while enjoying the companionship of your peers.
